Renovations and alterations of a 19th century brick and wood structured four story building. The center is meant to serve as an economic and activity catalyst for the neighborhood. The center includes two retail spaces, a caretaker’s apartment, a new lobby that connects to the adjacent existing church, two floors of office space, visual arts and music classrooms, and a dormitory floor for visiting missionaries.

Ricardo Romão-Santos was designer architect on this project while employed with Guzman Architects.
